Do the vehicles come with a warranty?
All vehicles are supplied with manufacturer’s warranty which starts from the date the vehicle was first registered.
Are the vehicles imported?
We are a main franchised dealer and all our vehicle are supplied through Jeep UK.
Are the cars new or used?
All vehicles are new unless stated otherwise.
How much is the deposit
We normally require a £500 deposit
How can I pay the deposit?
You can pay your deposit via BACS, debit or credit card (not American Express).
How will you manage my order?
We will send you a copy of your order for you to check, sign, date and scan back to us. We normally send this via email.
When we have received this back and we have your deposit we will allocate the vehicle to you if it is already in our stock or we will order it from the manufacturer on your behalf if we don’t have the required make/model in our stock
When the vehicle arrives with us we will contract you (normally via telephone) to let you know that the vehicle is here or imminent and arrange a mutually convenient date/time for you to collect the vehicle (or delivery if you have chosen delivery as an extra option)
When will I need to pay the balance of my vehicle?
If you are collecting the vehicle, the balance will be payable on collection. If you have chosen delivery as an extra option, the balance is payable before the vehicle leaves our site.
Other sites charge and registration – are there any hidden costs?
No, all our vehicles come with 12 months road tax and number plates at no extra costs.
How is the vehicle prepared before I collect it?
The vehicle will go through our workshops for a pre delivery inspection and will then be booked in for a standard valet. If you wanted to upgrade the valet/preparation your vehicles received please go to our 'Protect Your Car' page for more information and pricing.
Can I choose my own number plates?
The registration numbers are predetermined by DVLA so you are not able to choose your own.
Where will I collect my new vehicle?
You can collect your new vehicle from our site at Kingstown Broadway, Kingstown Industrial Estate, Carlisle, CA30HA.
Can I have my new vehicle delivered?
We charge a fee for delivery. This price will vary on where you are in the country and whether you choose for a driven delivery or a transported delivery.
Can you arrange finance?
We can arrange a variety of different finance packages to suit your needs. We are regulated by the FCA.
What are the typical lead times on delivery?
Lead times vary depending on what model you choose and whether we currently have the model/colour you require in our stock. Availabilities and lead times are given before we confirm your order with you to ensure that this is to your satisfaction.
Will my local supplier be able to service and maintain my car after delivery?
Your local dealership or approved service centre will be able to carry out all the servicing, maintenance and warranty work your vehicle may need.
Will you take my vehicle as part exchange?
We are happy to take vehicles in part exchange but you must ensure that you describe your vehicle correctly or we may seek compensation.
Will I be the first registered keeper?
Yes, you will be the first registered keeper unless otherwise stated.
Can I transfer my private number plate to my new vehicle?
Yes, in order for us to register your new vehicle with your private number we would require you to put your number on retention and scan us a copy of the retention document when you receive it back from the DVLA.
You must inform us of the private number plate before confirmation of order.
